Demo request

The form collects your name, email address, phone number, company, number of facilities and an optional message. GBTW uses this information only to offer you a demo and respond to your request. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract.

Partnership request

The form collects your name, business email address, company and message. GBTW uses this information only to respond to your partnership proposal. The legal basis is its legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries it receives.

Required fields are needed to handle your request; the message in the demo form is optional. Without the required information, we cannot reply through the form.

Recipients and service providers

Requests can be accessed by authorised GBTW staff and are kept in its email inboxes. They are delivered through Resend, our email delivery provider. GBTW does not use a CRM for these requests. Hostinger provides technical hosting for the website.

Retention periods

GBTW deletes form messages from its email inboxes two years after the request. Google Analytics 4 event data is retained for 14 months, as configured for this property.

Audience measurement and cookies

With your permission, the website may load Google Tag Manager to use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure traffic and interactions with its pages. GA4 may set audience measurement cookies, including “_ga”, and process information such as pages viewed and interactions. No advertising tool is declared in this configuration.

No audience measurement tag loads before you accept. Declining is as easy as accepting. Your choice is saved in your browser for six months; you can change it at any time using the button below or in the footer. If you withdraw consent, the tags stop loading and GA4 cookies accessible from this website are deleted.

Transfers outside the European Union

The website is hosted on a server in Paris, but some providers may process data outside the European Union. Resend states that its main operations are in the United States and describes transfer safeguards in its data processing agreement. Google also describes safeguards for transfers connected with its services. Information you enter in forms is not sent to Google Analytics as form content by GBTW's configuration.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or erasure of your data, and restriction of processing. You may object to processing based on GBTW's legitimate interest. You may also withdraw your permission for audience measurement at any time, without affecting processing already carried out. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@easyspace-storage.com.
